Your Experience

If you have at least 18 months professional recruitment experience and are seeking a new challenge - you need to talk to us!

We are seeking dynamic, proactive and professional Consultants to join our team and to compliment our existing workload by building a client portfolio within a related or complimentary field to our existing business model.

You will feel comfortable working within a permanent or contract recruitment environment. Your recruitment experience to date could be from any sector but must include new business development and client relationships, resourcing and interviewing candidates.

Personal Skills

You will be self-confident and self-motivated, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting at board level and at networking events. Backed by an in-depth knowledge of business within your sector of expertise in which you specialise.

We are looking to build upon recent successes in developing a new Hotel, Leisure and Sport recruitment team at our city centre Sheffield office.

If you have at least 18 months recruitment experience and are seeking a new challenge in the building of a 'new brand' and be part of this new team then you need to talk to us!

The Experience

We are seeking dynamic, proactive and professional Consultants to join the team who will feel comfortable working within a permanent or contract recruitment environment. Your recruitment experience to date should be within the sector and include new business development and client relationships, resourcing and interviewing candidates.

This experience will have been gained within the provision of professional recruitment services into the hotel, catering, sports clubs and venues market, from middle management, through to Senior Operations people.

You will have an established Client base and utilise your knowledge to compliment the Clients that we already have within this field and be able to build on this in developing the brand.

Your Personal Skills

You will be self-confident and self-motivated, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and knowledge of this sector. Be capable of presenting at Senior Management level, networking events and industry related exhibitions etc.

This is a New Business Development role rather than an Account Management role, so you must be capable of striking deals and developing business opportunities.
