client in Sheffield (S9) near the old airport are looking for a Call Coordintors/Schedulers.
You will be responsible for the co-ordination of a group of field engineers to resolve a range of IT hardware fault calls, providing a call scheduling and monitoring service (including parts ordering and allocation to engineers) in the most cost effective manner in accordance with our contractual requirements. Particular emphasis is placed upon pro-active call management, including updating clients on call progress and re-scheduling of engineer workloads.
The role does involve working some weekends on a rota basis.

The client is based on Business Park near the Sheffield Airport, S9.
The desk is open 8am-8pm, 7 days a week. Working shifts including some evenings & weekends on a rota, 37.5 hours per week.
