Our client is a leading manufacturer of fluid process solutions,filtration, metering and blending systems and industrial valves serving sanitary, biopharmaceutical, industrial and municipal markets worldwide.

Its diverse product lines include pumps, valves, mixers, blenders, heat exchangers, fittings, and dispersion equipment.



THE JOB

Design Draughtsperson

Due to continued success and expansion our client is now looking to recruit an additional Design Draughtsperson.

Based at the clients UK headquarters in Berkshire the main purpose of this role is to prepare drawings, parts lists and calculations associated with the Filter operation products.

Candidates must have at least 3 years experiences at NVQ level 3 or above in the following areas:

•Preparing drawings for issue to manufacturing units and customers with due consideration being given to code compliance, customer requirements and economy of product.
•Alteration of existing drawings where necessary in order to meet current requirements or illustrate design changes
•Working with Sub Contract fabricators agreeing the best solution for the timely production of all Engineering Documentation for each project
•Performing drawings using AutoCad drafting station a 2D and 3D level
•Operating P V Elite for coded vessel calculations
•Ensuring compliance with all CE requirements and ATEX
•Package & Skid work including Piping
Experience of SME VIII and PD5500




REMUNERATION

Basic Salary £25k - £28k (Depending on skills and Qualifications), 25 days holiday (plus all statutory), company pension and up to 10% associated annual bonus is on offer
