Our client is a specialist Groundworks & Civil Engineering contractor that has been established for more than 50 years. Based in Warwickshire, their work involves Bulk earthworks and site clearance, Ground stabilisation, Reinforced concrete works including foundations, floors, retaining walls and external service yards, Roads and Sewers, Section 278 highway works and Drainage, pipework and associated works.

They have a vacancy for a Quantity Surveyor. The suitable candidate will be working closely with the commercial team on projects in and around the West Midlands area. Based in the office and on site duties will include managing bill of quantities, cost analysis, site measurement and all related commerical responsabilities on projects ranging from £500k to £10 million. You must have extensive experience in civil engineering and Groundwork's with a medium to large sized sub-contractor, preferably be degree qualified and have at least 10 years experience working in Groundwork's for the commercial sector.
