Position : Sales Manager, Business Development Manager

Sector : Facilities management, energy management (and reduction), carbon reduction

Target Market : Public sector, especially NHS

Salary : to £50,000 plus car (or allowance), bonus, phone, laptop etc


Excellent opportunity for a successful Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to join a leading facilities management, energy management and carbon reduction specialist. This is a newly created role with the aim of developing the successful brand into the public sector, especially the NHS where a large number of opportunities are up for grabs.

Person Requirements :-

- HNC or ONC in a relevant engineering discipline
- Diploma in Management or equivalent - desirably
- IOSH Certificate beneficial
- Demonstrable Continued Professional Development
- Experience of selling and business development int he public sector is essential. NHS experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the NHS and its tendering process
- Good understand of NHS engineering procedures such as HTMs
- Understanding of facilities management or energy management in buildings
- Full UK driving licence
