Selection

Often accompanied by an advertising campaign agreed with the client, this approach is designed to maximise the candidate pool available to the client and to ensure the resource requirement receives maximum exposure in a number of different media.

Database

Our recruitment teams are supported by our own database of over 41,000 candidates UK wide, covering all industry sectors. In addition we have long established networks throughout the markets in which we specialise supported by access to a number of international databases that we utilise on a regular basis to support our own facility. This ensures that we can provide the client with the comprehensive quality of service they demand.
